At PushFDP, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pushfdp.com. We’ve established this 30-day return policy to help you return items under the appropriate circumstances. This policy applies to products without a specific return policy listed on their product page. Failure to follow the guidelines outlined in this policy may result in your return being denied.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:

(a) The returned product is received by us within 30 days from the delivery date.

(b) The product is unused and in a condition suitable for resale as new.

(c) You have received authorization for the return from our team.
Refunds
For items returned in brand new and unused condition, we offer a refund or exchange. If the product is faulty, PushFDP will inspect it upon arrival. If deemed faulty, we will cover reasonable postage costs and provide either a replacement or refund at our discretion. If the return is for any other reason (e.g., no longer needed, incorrect address), postage charges will not be refunded.
Return Process
To begin the return process, you must contact PushFDP within 30 days of receiving your item. Once we have authorized the return, it is your responsibility to ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid damage. The return must be sent via a tracked shipping service, and a tracking number must be provided within 7 days of authorization. PushFDP will not be liable for lost or damaged items during shipping.
Improper Returns
If a product is returned in violation of this policy:

(a) No refund or exchange will be issued.

(b) We may hold the returned product until any additional re-delivery fees are paid.
