PushFDP.com Return Policy
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To begin a return, contact us at email@example.com.
We have created this 30-day return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy applies to items that do not have a specific return policy listed on their product page. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in your return being denied.
You are entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product, and;
(b) the returned product is unused, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you have received authorization from us for the return
If the item returned is in brand new/unused condition, we will issue either a refund or an exchange of the product. If the product is sent to us for being faulty, PushFDP.com will review the condition of the product upon arrival. If the product is found to be faulty, PushFDP.com will cover reasonable postage costs and replace or refund the item at our discretion. If the product is returned for another reason (no longer needed, incorrect address, etc), then postage charges will not be refunded.
Contact must be made to PushFDP.com via the contact us form no later than within 30-days after receipt of the product.
Once we have authorized a return, it is your responsibility to package the item well so that it is not damaged, and return the item using a tracked shipping service. A tracking number must be provided to us no later than 7 days after the return has been accepted. PushFDP.com will not accept liability for any items lost or damaged in shipping.
Where you return a product in violation of this policy;
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay any additional amount we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product
